I will highly recommend the services of Susana as a tour guide. She was our tour guide at Cintra while visiting Portugal in Aug 2018. She is honest, upfront and punctual. We happened to know about Susana by chance and it was a great discovery!
After a few days visiting Lisbon by ourselves we decided to visit the fascinating Sintra, Cabo da Roca (the westernmost point of Europe) and Cascais with the wonderful ocean view. But we didn’t really want to rent a car and visit by ourselves.

Susana took us on her very comfortable minivan and she guided us, giving us information and precious suggestions and tips, making the day very enjoyable and, above all, carefree (for example we didn’t have to worry about the parking even though it was August).

In our opinion having a local as a guide is the best thing and when you find professional and very nice people you just enjoy your trip, looking at the surroundings with new eyes (the eyes of the people who actually live there!)

Susana speaks very good English but also good Italian (luckily), even though we have to say that the Portuguese sentences were the best part.

We highly recommend this experience!

Pude eu e um colega meu de Nova Iorque dar um belo passeio para descobrir as maravilhas extraordinárias da nossa Serra de Sintra e do Parque Nacional que ali se encontra. Fomos acompanhados por Susana Grácio, nossa condutora e nossa guia. Fiquei muito positivamente admirado da competência linguística da Susana tanto em inglês como em francês. Para nós valeu-nos o inglês que a Susana domina de uma maneira excelente. Mas além desta competência linguística a Susana surpreendeu-nos, como guia turística, com uma competência histórica fora do comum deixando-nos uma imagem muito completa dos lugares que visitamos. No pouco tempo que tivemos com a Susana referimos estes três: o Palácio da Pena, o Palácio Nacional e o Convento dos Capuchos.

Não hesitaríamos em repetir outro tour em companhia da Susana como guia e condutora. Aprendemos muito com ela. Gostámos também muito da sua proximidade com os clientes. Sem deixar de ser muito profissional, sentíamos também a presença e a proximidade de uma pessoa amiga.
