Rodeado de un ambiente misterioso y romántico, el Castillo de Almourol es uno de los ejemplos más representativos de la arquitectura militar de la época, evocando al mismo tiempo los orígenes del Reino de Portugal y la Orden de los Caballeros Templarios.
Sube a bordo de un pequeño crucero por el río y déjate sorprender por esta belleza de la arquitectura histórica y el paisaje circundante.
Continuaremos el recorrido por los márgenes del río Zêzere hasta la presa de Castelo do Bode, donde podremos admirar una de las presas más grandes de Portugal.
Una vez llegado a Tomar déjate transportar a otra época y, si lo deseas, disfruta de un enigmático almuerzo del siglo XVI.
Después del almuerzo, continuaremos con una visita guiada al Castillo de Tomar y Convento de Cristo, donde podrás observar la famosa Ventana del Capítulo, máximo esplendor del arte manuelino, lleno de referencias a los descubrimientos y de la Historia de Portugal.

Perfect Tour!
My husband and I had scheduled the Tomar tour for the day. Susana picked us up at our apartment and we were off. Susana was lovely – so informative and nice. Best part was that she really customized the tour to what we wanted to do. I mentioned that I had heard there were caves up by Tomar and she arranged to take us on a tour which my husband LOVED. I also mentioned that we had wanted to visit Fatima so she worked that in too! We enjoyed the tour (and Susana) so much that my husband booked her again for the following week to take he and a friend to Porto. 100% recommend – and ask for Susana if you can – she even sent me pictures of both trips which was very appreciated!!!
Special tour guide and wonderful family experience
This tour was a highlight of our trip to Lisbon. While the historic sites were incredible, our guide Susana was what made it special. She was very knowledgeable, gracious, quick to answer questions and accommodating of the needs of a diverse group (adults, teenagers and elderly parents with mobility challenges). She made sure that everyone in the group had a good time and got the most out of the experience. She offered ideas about places to explore in Lisbon and wonderful suggestions for restaurants. We had such a good time, we immediately booked a second tour with her. We are definitely going back and hope to book another tour with Susana.
Fantastic guide and experience
Susana was an exceptional guide. Her love of and knowledge of the region was wonderful. We
experienced an entire day of information, laughter and local culture. At the end of the day it felt like we
were leaving a new friend. We highly recommend the tour and Susana.
