• For any cancellation made until 72 hours before the booking, you will be totally refunded of the amount paid.
• For any cancellation made between 72 hours and 24 hours before the tour, you will be charged 25% of the amount paid and refunded of the reminiscent.
• For any last-minute cancellation made 24 hours before the tour, you will not be refunded on the amount paid.
Incredible tour
We had an incredible tour with Susana. Her passion and knowledge for Lisbon shone through. She was
flexible if we wanted to stay linger, equally as flexible if something didn’t work out and she had to
reroute us. Absolutely recommend, especially for day 1 or if you are time poor.

Wow just wow! From the beginning we didn’t know what to expect but got an email prior to tour with important numbers in case we needed anything. Loved that i was able to confirm even before we left USA. It was our 1st time in Portugal and I was able to whatsapp the guide night before to validate and ask a few questions.
