Through the history of the Cistercian Order, the Battle Fields and The Knights Templar you will discover the base of the development of all this Region and its Monasteries.

Special tour guide and wonderful family experience
This tour was a highlight of our trip to Lisbon. While the historic sites were incredible, our guide Susana was what made it special. She was very knowledgeable, gracious, quick to answer questions and accommodating of the needs of a diverse group (adults, teenagers and elderly parents with mobility challenges). She made sure that everyone in the group had a good time and got the most out of the experience. She offered ideas about places to explore in Lisbon and wonderful suggestions for restaurants. We had such a good time, we immediately booked a second tour with her. We are definitely going back and hope to book another tour with Susana.
